Reps p. 104 and illustration on wrapper. - Impressive birds eye view panorama of San Francisco in a large format, seen from northeast. Rich in detail and with rich maritime staffage. Broad-margined sheet on strong paper. - Slightly discoloured, two slight crease marks in the image. One handling crease with small restored split in left margin, barely affecting the image.
Evenly slightly tanned, slight dirtstaining in two places of illustration. Left margin with small restored tear caused by crease reaching into the illustration.
