(Luc) - Besides his medical activities (among others personal physician of the prince-bishop of Münster and municipal physician in Eisenach) also wrote natural-philosophical, historical and writings on popular science. He was member of the Societas Florigerae ad Pegnensum, the Fruitbearing Society and the German academy of natural scientists Leopoldina as of 1675. - Somewhat browned, last ll. with traces of worming in the lower white margin, frontispiece with small marginal defects, front flying endpaper removed.
