Heiderich 19, there with different dimensions and later date (1905). Not in Vriesen. Signed and dated "AMacke 6 DEC. 03" lower left (AM in ligature). On laid paper. 27,7 x 18,5 cm (10,9 x 7,2 in). The full sheet.
Verso with fragments of a composition in pencil. Heiderich calls for portrait caricatures and dancing couples in pencil on verso, which, just as the typographic inscriptiones mentioned for this spot, were on the backing cardboard which is not at hand today.

Accompanied by a confirmation of the signature issued by Gisela Macke-Thuar (artist's daughter in law), estate August Macke, dated 13 March, 1980.
